My Coy Family Package – Prepaid Healthcare Account: Our Family Package allows clients to deposit funds in advance and access healthcare services on a cashless basis whenever needed.

Refund: Any billing discrepancies or refunds will be addressed by the Billing Department in line with hospital policy.

    >> Official receipts are issued for every transaction.
    >> Insurance patients must present valid membership cards and secure pre-authorization where required.
    >> Corporate and Family Package clients are managed in line with contractual agreements.
  • Insurance Enrollment - Prospective applicants must meet with an insurance representative to complete an application to determine eligibility. Applicants may be asked to bring documentation of current income and family size when meeting with a health insurance representative.
