COY Paediatrics is a participating provider in many health insurance schemes. Some health plans use smaller networks for certain products they offer so it is important to check whether we participate in the specific plan you are covered by.

COY Care Plan: Clients have the option to subscribe to the COY care plan. Here, clients can deposit cash and draw on account at all visits.

Refund: Refunds will be issued by cheque if it is determined that the patient has a credit balance on their account or has been billed for a service not accessed.

Insurance Enrollment

• Prospective applicants must meet with an insurance representative to complete an application to determine eligibility. Applicants may be asked to bring documentation of current income and family size when meeting with a health insurance representative.
